Purpose, tasks and principles

Post by mostakimseo2025 »

The purpose of the association is to promote and encourage sports. The association's mission is
to serve the health of the general public, especially young people, based on the principle of voluntary participation and excluding party-political, racial, or religious considerations. This statutory purpose is realized through organized exercise, training, and competition programs, lectures, courses, and sporting events, and through the training and deployment of properly qualified instructors.

The association pursues exclusively and directly non-profit purposes within the meaning of the "tax-privileged purposes" section of the German Tax Code. The association operates on a non-profit basis—it does not primarily pursue its own commercial interests. Association funds may only be used for the purposes stated in its statutes. Members do not receive any donations from the association's funds and, upon leaving the association or upon its dissolution or termination, will neither receive a refund of paid contributions nor have any claim to association assets.
No person may be favored through expenses that are unrelated to the purpose clipping path service of the association or through disproportionately high remuneration.
