In Portuguese we could use the term “brand revitalization”, although the English term is much more widespread around the world and even more used within the world of marketing . Still, the meaning does not change: it is a strategic change in the identity of a brand, which can occur for different reasons and in different ways.

What does rebranding mean? Rebranding includes all the activities of a company that decides to change its marketing strategy with a new name, logo or design, with the intention of creating a new association between consumers and its brand identity.
