Coordination of documents is an integral part of the life of any organization. Especially if the company is large, it has many clients, many contracts and, accordingly, stages of their "approval" in various authorities. Previously (and for some people it still is), the problem was solved by "going from office to office", and the paper "mess" was a headache for everyone involved - from the secretary to the director. Now the business process of approval, if it is automated, occurs electronically, contactlessly, in a matter of hours. And with the help of Bitrix24, agreement approval has become simpler and faster several times.

What problems did our customers encounter:

The agreement process may take months;

To coordinate contracts, we suggested using the existing Bitrix24 corporate portal with the ability to launch smart processes in the CRM module. Although Bitrix is ​​not an electronic document management system as such, it can do a lot:

Combines internal communications between employees into one system;
Has a convenient and effective task management system;
Manages customer relationship management (CRM);
It has good tools for storing information (as well as for working with documents - collaborative editing, storage, sharing, etc.);
Keeps track of working hours;
